Channing is my first little girl after having 3 boys. This is the first event I have gone with that was just her and I. I can truethfully say, it was one of the most enjoyable evenings of my life. We danced, ate and generally had an incredible time.

Ivory Billed Woodpecker

Last Summer at an undisclosed location near my house, I took this photo of a woodpecker. See if you can find it flying away on the left side of the photo. You can see its red neck and head. I got a much better view of it without my camera on the dead tree in the picture. It is truely an amazing bird.
I originally thought the bill was light possible the "holy grail" of birds the ivory billed woodpecker. I am still hoping to get a better shot. But for now, I think it was a pileated.

We are always looking for ways to make more money. I think we could put cots in the data center and charge for the soothing sound made by the cooling fans. Josh and Andrew both slept at the offices again after a hard nite of work on the new software release.
