When I arrived at the office this morning, 4 of the ONEsite team were still here after working all night. Thad is sleeping under his desk with only his legs showing. Josh is a bit more comfortable in his sleeping bag. I guess the datacenter was a bit too loud. Andrew and Michael were both at their desk glued to their mouse. Micheal was asleep. Andrew was in a daze at his desk. This is an incredible dedicated development team. Thank you Mark, Thad, Andy, Andrew, Josh, Michael, David, Bill, Scott and David.

My right elbow has hurt me since I was 9 years old and was the pitcher on my little league baseball team. I pitched for the "Odd Fellows" which I just recently learned was associated with the Mason's. I think the only thing that kept me from being the real Roger Clemens (my look alike) was tennis elbow. I won my first 12 matches my senior year and then blew out my elbow. It has always bothered me and has kept me from playing tennis as much as I wanted. This summer I was using a sledge hammer and it blew up again.
On thursday, I finially had my elbow operated on. I hope the work my good doctor friends Rod and Rick did puts me back on top of my game.
Ethos is Back
When I was in New York, I went to starbucks to order a capacino. I saw this bottle of water. Ethos was the name of Catalog.com prior to 1999. Rod Phillips my doctor friend and investor thought of the name.

Santa Project
Carson had ask Santa for a fort for Christmas. He was thinking Santa would bring it in three slays and have the elves put it together. I wasn't that lucky! Santa delegated the project to me and several other contractors. The hardest part was wheeling 4000 pounds of rubber mulch from the front yard.
